First download offline w3school from below link.

1.After completion of downloading go to folder where you saved offline w3school download file.

2.Right click on that file and extract where ever you want.

(You need WinRAR to extract, If you dont have just download from HERE)

3.Now go to folder where you extract the file, open that folder and open file named "index.html" then you will find browser opened.

4.Find w3school in browser and click on that.

You are Done.
