By creating "about me" or any page viewing you information" which is your page Google profile of your blog.

After the above step take care about this step which is important, Creating the hyperlink to your Google profile page, you should note that 

add rel="me" to the link as follow under

Step: 3

You should confirm that the articles of your blog posted should have a link to "about me" page.

The above hyperlink should have rel="author" attribute as below:

All you have done the above three steps then follow this fourth step which is last one.

Log in to your Google profiles account and just put a new customized link which shows your "about me" page.

Just mark the option " This page is specifically about me" and submit to save the changes.
